1. No Refunds After Attendance

Once a webinar is attended (live or replay), we do not offer refunds.

2. Refund Eligibility

You may request a refund only:

  • If the webinar is canceled by us.

  • If you accidentally made a duplicate payment.

  • If you were unable to access the webinar due to technical issues on our end.

3. How to Request a Refund

Send an email to [info@winnerswin.in] with:

  • Your full name

  • Email ID used during purchase

  • Webinar name and date

  • Reason for refund

Requests must be made within 3 days of the scheduled webinar.

4. Processing Time

Eligible refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days via the original payment method.
