1. No Refunds After Attendance
Once a webinar is attended (live or replay), we do not offer refunds.
2. Refund Eligibility
You may request a refund only:
If the webinar is canceled by us.
If you accidentally made a duplicate payment.
If you were unable to access the webinar due to technical issues on our end.
3. How to Request a Refund

Your full name
Email ID used during purchase
Webinar name and date
Reason for refund
Requests must be made within 3 days of the scheduled webinar.
4. Processing Time
Eligible refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days via the original payment method.
